If you'd rather cancel by email, you'll find our contact details in the Terms of Service. Either way, your widget simply stops rendering on your site from your next billing date onward.
We don't offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing period — your access simply continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then stops. If something's gone wrong on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.

No problem — you don't need one. After signing up you'll get a shareable calculator link (like sparkywidget.co.uk/c/yourcompany) instead of an embed code. Add it to your Google Business Profile, Facebook page, or share it directly by text or WhatsApp with a customer you're already talking to.
No. You'll get a small snippet to paste into your page after signing up — copy, paste, done. If your website platform doesn't let you edit HTML directly, most have a plugin or embed block that does (e.g. a "Custom HTML" block in WordPress).
Straight to the email address you set up during onboarding (and to your CRM webhook, if you add one). We keep a copy of your most recent enquiries so you can see them in your dashboard; they're deleted when your subscription ends. We never resell them or use them for our own marketing.
